Step 1:Drink Water
Water is a good way to use energy.Soda ,Gatorade, and Juice are never as good as Water.SO DON'T DRINK NOTHING BUT WATER DURING FOOTBALL SEASON.When I don't drink water during football season ,I get lots of head aches.You run slower and you can pass out form dehydration.Water will help you survive not suffer.
Step 2:Stretching
Stretching will save you.Trust me.Most people think stretching is stupid and they don't do it.Its real easy to pull something or stretch out something when you don't stretch before.My P.E teacher told me that her friend was running the bases in baseball and he didn't stretch before and one of his muscles pulled right out of his skin.
Step 3 :Confidence
When I say confidence I mean confidence not cockiness.Confidence is believing you can do something.Cockiness is believing your the best at doing anything.Cockiness is how you get cracked because teammates don't like cocky players so they don't block for you and you get cracked by the line backers.And getting cracked hurts.
Step 4 :Rest
Getting a good nights rest is important.If you stay up until the wee hours of the night playing your video game and you have a game in the morning ,that can cost your team a lost.You will be too tired to remember the plays or to run fast.Also,all that banging to the head while your sleepy may cause and horrible head ache,concussion , migrane.
Step 5: Ice injuries
Its good ice injuries.Its the best and quickest way.
